Last year, Vancouver had its first ever Filipino market, Magkasama. Magkasama means ‘together’ in Tagalog, and it is a free festival that spotlights Filipino culture, including food, handcrafted goods, and music. And it was one of the best markets I’ve attended. Though COVID-19 happened, nothing can stop them from hosting this year’s Magkasama. A Recap on PICA Kitchen Party from Vancouver International Wine Festival

In addition to the Grand Tasting, I have also attended two other events hosted by the Vancouver International Wine Festival, and one of them the PICA Kitchen Party, my favourite event of all.
