Prepare the non-stick pan by applying a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking.
Take a portion of the cooked white rice and shape it into two snowman balls. Utilize plastic wrap along with your hands to mold the rice into round shapes, with the smaller ball atop the larger one. Position them at the center of the non-stick pan.
Use a seaweed punch to create the snowman's face from seaweed. You can be creative here.
In the frying pan, arrange thinly sliced beef rib eye and corn around the rice. Place the seaweed face on the rice ball.
Cut imitation crab into a thick, long strip to serve as a scarf, positioning it between the two rice balls. If there is any leftover imitation crab, chop it into pieces and add them as toppings.
Place the butter cube on top of the snowman.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, black pepper, and gochujang. Mix thoroughly.
Heat the pan and stir-fry the rice and toppings until the beef is fully cooked. Pour in the sauce and continue mixing until everything is well incorporated.
Reduce the heat to low, add cheese, cover with a lid, and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Stir and savor the delightful flavors.
