3tbsposmanthus honeycan sub with honey or any sweetener
15mLlemon juicefrom the lemon

Instructions
Wash the lemons thoroughly. Cut them in half vertically. Use a knife to carefully remove the pulp from the peel, keeping the shell intact to serve as the jello molds.
Scoop out the pulp and squeeze out all the lemon juice from it. Set the juice aside.
Steep the oolong tea for 3 minutes. Add osmanthus honey and 15 mL of lemon juice, stirring well.
Follow the package instructions to add gelatin powder or agar powder to the tea mixture.
Pour the lemon tea mixture into the empty lemon shells. Decorate with dried flowers if desired.
Chill the jello wedges in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours until they are set and firm.
