Oolong Lemon Jello Wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lemons
  • 1.5 tbsp oolong tea leaves can sub with green tea or jasmine tea
  • 250 mL hot water
  • 3 tbsp osmanthus honey can sub with honey or any sweetener
  • 15 mL lemon juice from the lemon
  • Gelatin powder follow the package instructions

Instructions
 

  • Wash the lemons thoroughly. Cut them in half vertically. Use a knife to carefully remove the pulp from the peel, keeping the shell intact to serve as the jello molds.
  • Scoop out the pulp and squeeze out all the lemon juice from it. Set the juice aside.
  • Steep the oolong tea for 3 minutes. Add osmanthus honey and 15 mL of lemon juice, stirring well.
  • Follow the package instructions to add gelatin powder or agar powder to the tea mixture.
  • Pour the lemon tea mixture into the empty lemon shells. Decorate with dried flowers if desired.
  • Chill the jello wedges in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours until they are set and firm.
