likebyregina During this extremely cold weather in Vancouver, I always love to sit down at a cafe and enjoy a cup of hot mocha. DALINA would be one of my go-to places! There is a mini-grocery store, with local, organic, and healthy products on one end. On the other side, it is a modern cafe that sells sandwiches, espresso beverages, and much more.
There are 3 main reasons that I love this cafe so much.
- It is very close to my house, which is around 15 mins bus.
- This place is very bright, spacious, and quiet, and it has WiFi, so I can study or blog here with no one disturbing me.
- [MAIN MAIN MAIN REASON] The aroma from the food and espresso just attracts me to come here again and again.
Bicerin Mocha | $5.25
This is my favourite drink in Dalina, because they actually use real dark chocolate, melt them on the spot, and mix with steamed milk and espresso. The regular sweetness of this drink is just perfecto for me!
Another cool thing about this cafe is that they have a heated patio. It is just another beautiful place to take pictures and enjoy a hot cup of coffee!
DALINA often partner with other local businesses to host workshops and sample tastings, such as Sweet Bake Shop and its in-house coffee lab workshop. In addition, they also carry many unique products from varieties of vendors, such as Silk Road Tea, Zimt Chocolate, Vancouver Candle Co., and much more.

Overall, I love the ambiance and drinks in DALINA, though they are slightly on the pricier side. I have not gotten a chance to try their sandwiches nor desserts, but I really want to try their tiramisu. I would probably try that on my next visit, which is SOOOOOON!
